O.K. the complete package is here! my SPEEDPLAY pedals arrived! the GIRO helmet yesterday and my Sidi shoes the other day.. NOW I’M READY TO RIDE! i’m excited to get out there.. now only if the weather cooperates. JB put the pedals and cleats on for me, and I did a test run tonight.. definitely a bit different from my SPD pedals I’ve been using.. eeesh! hopefully I won’t tip over 
P The cleats are like wearing high heals.. only it’s like the heal is in the front! and clipping in is a bit harder than my others..
9 mile run today was uneventful… oh wait- minus almost getting taken out by an old lady pulling out of Friendly’s in Holden.. GRRR. Zone 3: Averaged 8:56 pace. The SUNDAY BLUES are setting in everyone. Working all weekend and Monday.. BOOOO ( It’s been real- probably won’t be doing much blogging until then, just work, eat, sleep.. and maybe a workout in between )
Dinner tonight is- Fishy Friday.. got some Fresh Haddock from West Boylston Seafood
preheat over 350..made a crumble topping for it: mix together:
1/4 c. panko bread crumbs
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 T melted butter
1/8 t. coriander
1/8 t. pepper
1/8 t. garlic powder
1/8 t. paprika
1/2 t. parsley
mix together and coat top of haddock, bake for 25 min..
green tip. It’s EARTH DAY.. do something green- ok?
