Sweet Potato Hummus
I found this recipe @ Whole Living. It’s creamy, but thought it would be a little sweeter. I added a little cinnamon at the end to see if that would help, and it gave it a nice little spice 
The recipe makes a lot so perahaps if I make it next time I’ll just make 1/2.. heads up if you make it, you’re in for a feast!
I’ll be bringing it in this weekend to work because I won’t be able to eat it all! Yes, I’m working all weekend and Monday, and it’s going to be gorgeous out.. BOO HOO.
Added a little water to make it smooth..
