He’s the best..
I love when I come home thinking I have to get dinner all ready.. and then I find this..
everything ready for dinner.. ready to go and a recipe too! O.K a dinner already prepared is good too, but hey we all gotta work 
We decided on a shrimp scampi last night, but wasn’t sure how I was going to make it, so to be honest I was kinda stressing. We have no wine in the house so he found a recipe without it.. and it came out really great!

I cut the butter and EVOO down a bit, and it still came out great. Next time I’ll be tossing the pasta in the garlic, then topping it with the garlic and bread crumb/parm. cheese mixture before broiling it so the pasta has more flavor.
